  I become the primary point of contact for all your booked vendors, managing the "where and when" so you can enjoy the final countdown.

• Final Logistics Audit:
  I review your floor plans and vendor logistics to identify any timing gaps or setup conflicts before they happen.

• Virtual Detail Meeting:
  One 90-minute deep-dive video call to walk through your vision, flow, and expectations.

• Vendor Meeting Attendance:
  I will join your final virtual meetings with key partners (Venue, Catering, Floral) to ensure the timeline and vendor needs (meals, timing, and logistics) are perfectly synced.
   

The Big Day
(10 Hours of On-Site Coverage)

• Aesthetic & Styling Oversight:
  I personally oversee the final look of your ceremony and reception spaces. I verify that your florist and rental teams have placed every bud vase, linen, and detail exactly as you envisioned. (Note: I provide styling direction and do not perform heavy lifting or ladder work.)

• Vendor Direction:
  I manage all vendor arrivals, load-ins, and transitions, serving as the "director" on-site so you are never interrupted with logistical questions.

• End-of-Night Wrap-Up:
  I manage the "final hour" logistics including personal item collection (marriage license, card box, guest book) and gifting coordination.
